An infection is a condition caused by the invasion of the body by germs
Causes : Dirt, foreign bodies, or other things containing germs that get in a wound
Prevention :
Always wash your hands before and after giving first aid
Wear gloves if you will be coming in contact with someone's body fluids
Use strerile dressings when you are caring for wounds
Keep the wound area clean and wash regularly
Use antibiotic ointment on a wound to help reduce the risk of infection.
